1. How many sessions do I get each month?

Your membership includes up to 8 lessons per month. Most clients come 2x / week—you’re encouraged to stay consistent for best results!

2. Do my unused lessons roll over to the next month?

No, there are no rollovers. Lessons must be used within the month they are issued. If you're traveling or have planned time off, we recommend scheduling additional sessions before or after your absence—for example, attending 3 times in one week.

3. What’s the cancellation and reschedule policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all lesson cancellations or reschedules. Missed or late-canceled lessons will be deducted from your monthly sessions.

4. What happens if my regular teacher is unavailable?

  • If we arrange a substitute in advance, you may be offered the option to work with another teacher.

    • If the sub’s rate is higher, you may be asked to pay the difference—unless the studio decides to waive it.

  • If a last-minute sub is provided (e.g. due to illness), you will not be charged premium pricing even if a more senior teacher fills in.

5. Can I pause or put my membership on hold?

No. Membership holds are not available. Please plan your schedule accordingly and take advantage of flexible booking before or after any travel

or breaks.

6. Can I share my membership with someone else?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by either:

  • Emailing us at info@strongbodypilates.com at least 30 days before your next billing date, or

  • Cancelling directly in the Momence app before your new 6-month term begins.
    Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid term.

8. I have a question not covered here. What should I do?
