Why I Do and Teach Pilates

I started Pilates because of my background as a professional dancer. For years, dance kept me strong and disciplined, but it also took a toll on my body. When a friend suggested Pilates, I decided to try it, and it completely changed how I felt. My pain lessened, my body felt balanced, and I began to heal.

That experience inspired me to become a certified instructor. I wanted to help others feel the same transformation—to move better, prevent injuries, and build strength from the inside out. Pilates truly helped me reconnect with my body, and now I love sharing that with others.

My Most Powerful Why

My most powerful why is helping people feel strong, confident, and pain-free in their own bodies. I’ve experienced how movement can heal, and I want others to feel that same transformation—to move with ease, trust their bodies, and enjoy life without pain. That’s what inspires me every day to teach and keep learning.
