All sessions are 55 minutes long and are by appointment only.  Please wear comfortable, non-baggy clothing.  Socks or bare feet are fine.  Hair should be controlled enough to avoid mechanisms in the equipment.  No gum chewing or telephone talking during the session.
 
Cancellation policy:  Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged in full for the session.  If you do not show for an appointment you will be charged the full amount.
 
The studio is outfitted with new Gratz equipment.  
 
Private
A one-on-one session.  Your instructor takes you through many exercises according to your level.  Strict attention is given to form, for a deep-muscle workout.  Exercises are generally done on the equipment, but mat-work is also incorporated.  Problem areas are always addressed.
 
Duet
Two people at the same time.  The prerequisite is five private sessions, to learn the basics.  However, if both clients are beginners, they may start a duet together.
 
If you need a partner, we will do our best to find an appropriate match.  However, if you sign up for a duet, and there is no partner available within 48 hours, you will be notified.  You then have the option to cancel without a late charge, or you may upgrade to a private (at the private rate).  If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will automatically be upgraded to a private session.
 
House call
Done in the comfort of your home, office, or dressing room.  The instructor provides all equipment (mat, weights, magic circle, band, balls, etc.).
